Message Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I bypassed the Fuel Pump Control Module because my fuel pressure was dropping under boost making the call stumble terribly. Swapping out the FPCM with a working one did not alleviate the problem.
I did the bypass as per the writeup here

My fuel pressure now reads 38psi at idle and about 43psi when disconnecting the FPR vacuum hose which seems to be about right. The fuel pressure holds much better under boost (it's actually boosting instead of stumbing) but the fuel pressure does not hold constant/steady under boost. So say at 10psi of boost, it goes up to 48psi but tapers off even when boost remains constant.

My setup looks like this.

So just to make sure, I did hook up the "#1" wire in the writeup in the right spot correct? It's a little difficult to tell from the angle of the picture in the writeup.

When measuring the voltage of the #1 wire of the writeup and the groundwire in the writeup, it reads a constant 14v at idle. Is this okay?

I am guessing my problem is probably with the fuel pump? What do you guys think?
